Planning my trip, getting unsuspecting friends to sponsor me, keeping up with my training – all very important, but I do also have work to do. 

A tough day at the office down here in Perranporth in deepest Cornwall, for a 2-date Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra trip. Truro tomorrow night. After eating my tuna roll on the beach I went back and asked my hotel if they’d consider a new paint colour but couldn’t completely follow what they said in reply…something about going back home possibly? Not sure.
